Hi,

Is it doing this with every job, or just this tape? Could be a bad tape if so. Check the Hard Write errors, and if they are excessive, then replace the tape.

Thanks!

Hi, In the screen shot it looked like you were in the process of running a catalog job. After it finished did you restart the Backup Exec services from the console?

...never had to restart the BE services after running a catalog job. Why would this be required?

Thanks!

not required, but whether the catalog job was successful or not, it could possibly help.

@ CraigV, yes it said one of the job failed. It is in screeshot (3/22/2013 8:00pm). But that usually happen when some users leave their computer on and their ".pst" file is on network. So, backup skips those ".pst" files and gives the fail error. Other wise it backs up everything else fine.

@lmosla,  The catalog has not finished yet. Not sure why? I am thinking of canceling it.
