  • 1.  How to rollout missing packages?

    Hi,
since a few days i have added policies for proactive- & network- Threat Protection to my SEPM-Organization.

The second project i have done, is to centralize my EndPoint-Protection-Organization. Means up to the middle of August,
we have installed in each location abroad a own symantec endpoint protection manager which is responsible for this location.

For a few days ago, i have added my servers in each location to my centralized SEPM-Organization and enable the GUP-Option
    for these servers.
With a login-script, which is deployed via GPO, i have changed the sylink-file so that each client will receive the policies from my organization.
As soon as the clients has joined to my location, i have moved the clients to the needed OU.

My structure is, that i have created OU's for each Country. Below this Country-OU i have OU's for Computers and another one for Servers.
On the OU's i had bound the needed install-packages with all needed componets (AntiVirus, Procative & Network).

My problem is, the clients in my location have only the AntiVirus-Package installed, the other missing Package (Proactive & Network) are not installed.

What is the right way to roll out the needed/missing packages?

    Thanks in advance

    //Julian.

    Hello Julian79,
You can modify it add/remove programs in control panel but is not easy way for all clients :(
You can create new installer package and send new package with NTP.

    Best Regards.

As ı said there are two ways for this.
one of them add/remove programs second is upgrade installer package.

    Best Regards.
