I am faceing problem in symantec client, how to scan my Android mobile, because scan option is not available when i connect it with my Desktop, so request to please give me solution regarding this issue.

Is the device mounted with a drive letter?

Mount the SD Card and scan that drive- a Windows / Mac / Linux machine protected by SEP will detect Android malware if we have definitions againats malicious files that are tehre.  For dedicated Android protection, use Norton Mobile Security.  https://mobilesecurity.norton.com/

You will need to enable USB Mode on your Android device in order for your computer to see the internal card/memory card. Once it's enabled, you can scan from there.
