I''ve been looking around the Symantec Encryption Management Server, and I can't find the license count. Anyone here know this?

Post Symantec Encryption 3.2 the license is no m ore user based license and the expiry also shows "Never", it is just your compliance that need to have the count of the license purchased and used, it will not show up on the server.
So how can we be complied? also does that mean we can use the Symantec Encryption Server's Symantec Encryption Desktop without limit?
The license is per devices based and not per user based.
About using product, functionality point of view that will not be an issue.
One more question, is it just after the 3.2 version that tha license became per device? because I believe back when we still call it PGP Universal Server, we count the license per user. is ithat right?
