hi Symantec Expert,

i would like to ask your advise on how can i show progress scan of full scan, so that i can pause or snooze the scan.. i manually run a full scan of a machine, at first there is a show progress bar but when i logoff i can only see full scan progress (clickable link- please refer on the attached file)  but i cant see or pause/snooze the scan.

is there a way that progress scan show again after i logoff the machine?

client: windows server 2012

SEP: 12.1.ru6 MP1 and manage (already a policy)

In the AV policy go to the Administrator -Defined Scans page and select the Advanced tab

Under Scan Progress Options set it to Show Scan Progress and from here you can configure your options including pause/snooze

thank you, i already done created a policy, yes its working but when i logoff from the machine and login again i cant see the progress bar

It will only show the bar if the user logged in. If they log out and back in it won't be there any longer.

is there any other way to show the scan progress, once user is logout and then login?

You can try opening it up manually but even then I don't believe it make work as wanted.
