How to track personal information in symantec DLP.
We want to generate the Users track reports can any one give me the steps for that.

Yes i want to know how to generate Incidents or Reports in DLP
it depends on the policy that is set.
Let know the policy you want to set , may be you can get somehelp on this forum

you should be creating policy to monitor the data that is been sent and track the user.

yes Mohan, You can track the personal information but you need to define in detection Policy. This can be achieved through the data classification of your organization.
create regular expression for each kind of data detection.
Hello Mohan ,
DLP is about confidential data and its tracking which can be done easily using Keywords ,IDM and EDM .You can also specify conditions such as apply the Policy for only certain users .May be this is what you are looking for . In that case ,you can make a Test Policy and in detection rules choose All Protocols and the user you want to to track .You also have to specify the response which for this case ,can be logging to a syslog Server . Try this and see if it helps .
