    Hi,

SEP for linux is introducted in SEP 12.1 RU5 release, SEP 12.1 RU6 is the latest release & I would recommend to test with the latest release.

Please check "Installation of SEP For Linux(12.1 Ru5) on Red Hat Enterprise Linux" Video

    Thanks Chetan !!

Also i have a one more question. Do you now how to set the rule. I want run the scan with lower priority so that it doesn't hog too much CPU/memory resources. Help would be appreciated.

I don't see anything specific to lower down the priority but you can customize options for administrator-defined scans (scheduled and on-demand scans) that run on Linux computers. You can also customize options for Auto-Protect as well.

Check these articles: Customizing the virus and spyware scans that run on Linux computers
