You can uninstall from add/remove programs, or push the uninstall from the ns console. Just create a new collection, add the machine you want to uninstall, then apply only that collection to the uninstall agent policy (be sure to deselect the default of all computers with rs).

DId this help? If you don't see the Altiris Recovery Solution Agent listed in Add/REmove Programs, or don't have the Altiris console available, you can look up the MSI GUID for the RS Agent in the HKLM\Software\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Uninstall and remove it with from Start / Run -->
MSIEXEC.exe /X {GUID HERE}
