Hi,

you need to do three things:
1. open SSIM Agent directory using command line and execute following command: AgentStart.exe -UNREGISTER
2. exit SSIM Agent directory and remove it
3. find SES directory usually located in C:\Program Files\Common Files\Symantec Shared and remove it too.

That's all.
I think that there was an another way to uninstall SSIM agent, Setup.exe with -u option but usually I'm doing this like I described above.
