Greetings,
Sorry for the delay in getting to this, here's the answer:
Open Registry Editor (regedit).
Navigate to the following registry key:
HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\INTEL\LANDesk\VirusProtect6\CurrentVersion\Administrator Only\Security\
Change the value for useVPuninstallpassword key from 1 to 0.
Exit Registry Editor and now you can uninstall Symantec AntiVirus Client.
Remote Product Specialist, Business Critical Services, Symantec
If you have more than one client that has this, and you need to remove them all, then you can just remove the password from the SAV SSC group. The instructions to do this are here.
Title: 'Norton AntiVirus Corporate Edition or Symantec AntiVirus Corporate Edition prompts for password when uninstalling clients'

If you need to uninstall one client at a time, or just one at all, you can go in Task Manager, while uninstall is asking for the password, and kill the msiexec
