How to uninstall Symantec Management agent 7.1 on the server 2008 Enterprises edition?
need to be uninstall from below server?

It shouldn't trigger a reboot.
There is a "Symantec Management Agent for Windows - Uninstall" Policy (Settings > Agents/Plug-ins > Symantec Management Agent > Windows).

We can use the below command to uninstall the altiris from window system(server as well as client)
1) go to cmd
2) nevigate to the path C:\Program Files\Altiris\Altiris Agent>
(type) AeXNSAgent.exe -uninstall \clean
eg:- C:\Program Files\Altiris\Altiris Agent>AeXNSAgent.exe -uninstall \clean
