How to update BackupExec 12.5 Server/Clients on a disconnected network?

Can somebody advise me of how to perform an update on the Symantec BackupExec V12.5 on a disconnected network? I am not able to use liveupdate on any any of our machines for that particular machine is not able to access the internet. Coorporate restrictions/policy.

You can download updates manually from the support site, and put them on some sort of removable storage.
There is an online portal, save yourself the long hold times. Create ticket online, then call in with ticket # in hand :-) http://mysupport.symantec.com "We backup data to restore, we don't backup data just to back it up."
