How to update a collector without access to the internet.

Hi,

How-to update a collector without access to the internet?

I mean, there is totally no access to the internet, neighter from ssim agent, nor from ssim appliance.

So, how can I do this?

You have to install and configure a Live Update server in your internal network which will download the updates from the Internet. After that the SSIM agents and the appliance will download the updates from the internal LUA server.

You don't have to put the LUA server into the internal zone, you can deploy that in the DMZ, and permit access via a firewall. Or there aren't any internet connection exist?
