    Hello - i was wondering if you have instructions on how to update my current SEPM (12.1.1000) to the newest version (12.1.4023.4080)?

    Ensure you take a backup first!

    download latest version from https://fileconnect.symantec.com

    Take the backup of DB and kystore file

    download 12.1.4 from fileconnect

    run on SEPM setup

    use the auto upgrade feature to update your clients, 

    its  the same procedure you would follow for any version upgrade
