How to upgrade BE2010 R3 database from SQL Express to SQL Express 2008 locally?

Dear Sir,

As title, is it possible or any idea? Please advise.

My steps as below

1.Upgrade SQL Express from 2005 to 2008 locally.

2.Migrate BE2010 R3 Database(configuration/jobs/logs/keys) from 2005 to 2008

Now

BE2010 R3 work with SQL Express on Win2k8 x64.

Future

BE2010 R3 & Websense will put them together on a server with SQL Express 2008.

EDIT: if you use those steps, just make sure you have copies of the Data/Catalogs folders and specifically bedb.bak and the BEDB itself.
