    Hello Santosh.

     

    First you have to take BackUp and then u have to Stop Symantec Endpoint Protection Manager Service.

    And then Run the Setup which u are trying to Upgrade.

    You are not mentioned which is the current SEPM version and to which version you want to upgrade.How ever RU6MP1 is the latest version.But you can not directly upgrade to this version unless your SEPM version is RU6/RU6a.Have a look at this KB.It will help you to upgrade your SEPM to RU6/RU6a
