  • 1.  How to use the From-email key from the csv lookup?

    We are use the key of sender-mail now.

    But csv's key is smtp Server account(From Email).

    If somebody change sender-mail address in out look, then csv lookup fail.

    Smtp Account(From Email Address), I would like to know how to be used as a lookup key.

    hi

     You cant use smtp account as key for csv lookup. but usually smtp account is computed automatically by outlook, based on sender email address, so can you give us more information about your specific use case so that we can help you finding the way to solve your issue or a workaround ?

    It does with integration and sync with AD so on endpoint changes will not allow the user to send email without MS exchange and AD config.
