  • 1.  how to use new line in plain text annotation?

    Hi,
    I am trying to use new line character in annotation text. I tried seperating two paragraphs bu putting pressing enter in SBG's annotation entry text box but the mails sent never actually
    include the newline character. Is there a special character for this purpose?

    Ok I found it. Our servers send the email in HTML format, so the plain annotation does not display correctly. Adding HTML annotation solved my problem.
