How to use SymHelp to diagnose and correct technical issues with Enterprise Vault

As of June 2, 2014, Support for Enterprise Vault was added to the SymHelp diagnostic tool.

To support a business need, the Enterprise Vault Knowledge Management team created three descriptive articles about the tool.  The articles have been designed to empower the customer to diagnose system related issues as well as encourage self-resolution.  The articles, specifically designed for Enterprise Vault, contain screen shots walking the customer through the process.
