  • 1.  How to use WEb Email Protection/PDF Email Protecton with internal mail server

    Hi guys,

    I need to use Web Email Protection/PDF Email Protection with internal Zimbra Mail Server but we haven't a symantec messaging gateway - SMG to route messages according to some criterion, for example [WEB] or [PDF]. There is a minimum chance to work with FortiMail but do not know if this tool could route the messages as does SMG.

    They could tell me which can be a best practice for implementation when you do not have a mail gateway ..?

    I appreciate if anyone knows whether a FortiMail can to route message how do SMG.

    Are you refering to the .cloud product? What product specifically are you inquiring about?

    Depending on the size of the environment, you could use gateway placement. Every message would pass by SEMS before leaving/entering the internal mail server. There you can configure the rules to encrypt according to those keywords in the subject line.

    The install guide will explain the placements in page 7.
