How to use webservice to create incident?

    I want to use webservice.asmx to create incident or update incident

    altiris version is :6.0.6074 (SP 3 + R8)

    I guess use this methods (WorkItemCreate;WorkItemUpdate)to create incident and update incident.Right?

    if right,can teach me how to use?
