For PTP look at the Behavior-based protection and the extended version is what you should go by. So your PTP is up to date.
PTP doesn't up every day like traditional signatures. SONAR uses behavioral analysis to determine if a file is a threat and doesn't use signatures:

The whitelist is typically what is updated with the signatures. It contains a list of known good applications which are allowed.
