Could try the SEP distribution tool. Useful tool created by symantec but not full supported so can't use the results to raise a case with them. But will tell you the overall status of the GUPs on the SEPM.

I downloaded the BETA for 12.1 and it has a .bat file and a jar file. No readme instructions. Is there a tutorial or something with those not familiar with the tool?
Unzip the file to a place of your choosing. Than copy the sepm_monitor.jar and SepmMonitorTool.bat into the Tools folder under the Symantec Endpoint Protection Manager folder.
Double-click the SepmMonitorTool.bat file to open the monitor and view the status of your GUPs.
You should also read thru the Enable_Apache_Logs.txt file as well.
