When you access the SWG UI using your browser you can check the certificate bing used and see if it is the certificate you supplied. Also if it is a CA trusted by the clients you should not see any errors for an untrusted cert being installed.

Are users seeing errors/warnings from their browsers about untrusted certificates for sites (if using SSL inspection)? If you are planing on using the SWG for SSL Deep inspection proxy. Has a SSL deep inspection policy been created with some categories set to Monitor? Also if you are using SSL deep inspection client machines will need to direct https traffic to the SSL deep inspection proxy port (default 8443). If the clients are configured to use the deep inspection proxy port, deep inspection is enabled and a ssl inspection policy is created then you should be able to see https sites in reports.
