I've never used any profile/data transfer tools. How well (not well) does PC Transplant work? Does it work so well that it even transfer over problems? For example, an issue is unresolvable on a PC, so the fastest resolution is to replace it. I would normally just work with the user to set up profiles, cofigurations, settings, etc. on the new PC. If I could transfer those over great, it'd be faster. However, my reluctance is that whatever is under C:\Documents and Settings\<user> that could be causing the issue would transfer over, and I'm back at square one.
