I want to apply Rollup v2 but nowhere in the http://www.symantec.com/business/support/index?page=content&id=HOWTO81832&key=55274&actp=LIST article has a link to download SMP7_1_SP2_MP1_Rollup_v2_Dec19_2012.zip. Does anyone know where I cat get if from?

You must contact support for Rollups. They'll provide you with the .zip.
