HP Client Manager VS Active Directory Policies

my question is

what policy of active directoty affect the agent cliente manager on PCS

I have a project with this product and pcs not properly reported to NS pcs exist without active directory policies and those reported to NS correctly but others that if you have implemented policies that do not report may be causing this problem

existe alguna politica del directorio activo que afecte el correcto funcionamiento del agente de HP client manager , tengo un proyecto asi : en los pcs con politicas el agente no se ejecuta correctamente y tengo un laboratorio con pc sin politiacs y reportan correctamente , que politica me fecta ya sea de seguridad local , derechos de usuario etc
