HP Instant Support System Health Scan Package causing Crashes
Our NS has HP Client Manager on it and it seems the HP Instant Support System Health Scan Package is causing the HP6710B to crash. Any ideas? I disabled the HP Instant Support System Health Scan Package. But it seems that it is still on the laptops and is causing the job to run (async) and crash the workstations.

You might get more bites if you were to include some details about your environment...
Try disabling the task for this, that should stop your crashing at least. To do this will vary depending on whether you're on NS 6 or 7.
I'm having problems with the HP ISSHSP, but only that I can't gt it to run on certain machines, so not really related to your issue...
