This issue has been solved. See solution.

Hi All,

I am just wondering if anyone is sucessfully running HP Virtual User Generator (VUGEN) on workstations with SEP11 Installed? VUGEN is part of the HP Load Runner suite or applications.

We have several user trying to run HP Virtual User Generator (VUGEN) on workstations with SEP11x installed, only to find that HP Virtual User Generator (VUGEN) crashes when they try to run there testing Scripts.

We uninstalled SEP11 and HP Virtual User Generator (VUGEN) runs without error. I have put in Centralized Exceptions for the VUGEN application Path and .exe and still it crashes.

This problem occurs on the following versions of SEP clients; 11 RU5, 11 RU6, 11 RU6MP1, 11 RU6MP2. The OS we are running is Windows XP SP3 IE8.

If any can advise on what we can do to resolve this problem it would be appreciated?

Error message that appears when VGEN crashes.

Thanks in advance

Jarrod
