  • 1.  HTC One A9 / Marshmallow - No 1x1 Widgets/Shortcuts Available

    On my newest phone, the HTC One A9, running Android Marshmallow, there are no longer any 1x1 widgets for Calendar, Tasks, etc. that can be placed on home screens.  On other devices, I have an option for the "Touchdown HD" widget, which then prompts me to choose which feature I want the widget associated with.

    I tried going back to Touchdown for Smartphones, but no luck there either.

    Is this a Marshmallow issue?  Any help would be appreciated.

    I have the same issue on my HTC One M8 Google Play Edition with Marshmallow.

    i have this problem on a G4 running lollipop (5.1). no way to make a shortcut directly to email or calendar. should would be nice to find a solution
