  • 1.  HTML Mail and Bright Mail

    Our website is sending periodic mails to customers , which is in HTML format

    one of our customer  is complaining that she receives mails but with out formating lke tables and coloring

    After a close examining of  mail message , we found that , mail is passing through brightmail gateway ,

    Is there any chance that bright mail modifies the ,mail header or HTML Content

    if so , How to avaoid this situation

    As far as I know there is no configuration to block html content in an e-mail in the recent versions of brightmail. If only one customer is complaining about these messages, it should be something on their side.

    where the message body converts to an HTML attachement, instead of remaining in-line.
