  • 1.  HTTP 403 when downloading Client Patch Only

    Hi all, I received a «HTTP 403 Forbidden» error when trying to download «Client Patch Only» from this link : https://support.symantec.com/en_US/article.INFO3518.html

    Where can I download these «Client Patch Only» files ?

    I've noticed it happening now and then and it's to do with their website. If you try again at a later time it should work this time.

    Hello,

    Even, I am receiving the same error. Issue with the Symantec link, I suppose.

    Try Symantec FlexNetOperations for Download of the patch - 

    https://symantec.flexnetoperations.com/control/symc/registeranonymouslicensetoken

    Enter The Serial number and then International English and then Download the Software -

    Still doesn't work for me.

    403 error is still there.

    I see it fine. Maybe try clearing out your browser cache.
