<event date="Jun 04 15:11:48" severity="2" hostName="server" source="AeXNetworkTransport" module="AeXNetComms.dll" process="AeXNSAgent.exe" pid="7696" thread="5972" tickCount="453949985"><![CDATA[GetFiles 'HTTP://server/Altiris/Packages/%7Bf6006a68-ab70-4b5d-98e6-c022c4f0d983%7D/DS/Linux/x86/Base/ULMagent.tgz'->'\\server\Deployment\Task Handler\bootwiz\OEM\DS\Linux\x86\Base\ULMagent.tgz' failed: HTTP Request Failed: Access is denied. (-2147024891)]]></event>

    <event date="Jun 04 15:11:48" severity="2" hostName="server" source="CoNetworkTransport(543)" module="AeXNetComms.dll" process="AeXNSAgent.exe" pid="7696" thread="5972" tickCount="453949985"><![CDATA[HTTP Request Failed: Access is denied. (-2147024891)]]></event>

    <event date="Jun 04 15:11:48" severity="1" hostName="server" source="PackageDelivery" module="AexPackageDelivery.dll" process="AeXNSAgent.exe" pid="7696" thread="5972" tickCount="453949985"><![CDATA[Error while downloading package: HTTP Request Failed: Access is denied. (-2147024891)]]></event>

    I cant figure out how theres permissions issues here?

    Is this the only package having the problem?

    Seems to be 2 packages only.

    Is the package present in that location on the server? Is the virtual directory present in IIS on that server?

    I checked one of the packages and they are the exact same on site server and NS (file amount and sizes). dont understand why its saying invaid.

    yep - theres a virtual directory on the site server for this package that contains an xlm file.
