I have installed DLP solution and from the beginning I have problems with scanning http protocol by the agent. In the agent configuration  I checked almost  everything but the agent captures only the contents of https, http  not at all. Maybe someone had a similar problem? I'll be very grateful for the any help in this case.

Have you installed Network Monitor?

What kind of browser are you using? Is the traffic going to Network monitor?

At the moment we are useing only agent http capture solution. In whole comapny we are using only IE 8 or highier. We have DLP 11 and whats strange on DLP 10.5 everything just works excellent and when we installed version 11 we cant capture any http trafic using dlp agent.

Was 10.5 with IE8 working seamlessly?

did you check with IE6 ?

when we had installed 10.5. We dont check it with IE 6 becouse we dont think that browser coused the problem. As I said everything work just fine when we had 10.5 version and IE 8 and firefox in our envirioment. Today we have 11 version of DLP and all browers are still the same and we cant capture http content via DLP Agent. When we looked into agent logs we saw that agent capture https content on IE and firefox correctly but not HTTP. So its really strange.

Today we have installed (just for test) 11.1 version of DLP Agent on one of our computers becouse we had hope that maybe upgrade will helps but nothing changed.

Where there any system updates? Windows security updates? AV updates? local firewall/IDS/IPS updates? IE or firefox updates?

What was your upgrade path? v10.5.1 directly to v11.x? What deployment software was used to update the DLP agents?

Sorry for all the questions. I am insterested as we are also on 10.5.1 will be updating to 10.5.3 in the next few weeks. and will be upgrading to v11 some time this year.
