This issue has been solved. See solution.

I've got 4 DAG backups that are showing as Active for about 18 hours now.  The stats in the details have not changed, 0 percent, no throughput etc.  I tried canceling them so they aren't still running when the backups start again this afternoon.  Didn't work. Found this forum post with a similar sounding problem, but none of the processes it says to kill are running on any of the servers in question.

I've restarted all NBU services on the clients.  I don't want to mess with the services on the Master or Media servers yet since I have active jobs.

Thoughts?

Windows 2008, NBU 7.1

if you still see the Hung jobs..

you would need to recycle the Netbackup in Master server to take them out.

do you have base netbackup 7.1

if yes, please patch it with 7.1.0.4
