I am getting error after taking backup.

Hi,
I am getting error after taking backup 
 
"The driver detected a controller error on \Device\RaidPort0.
--------------------
This error signifies controller errors. These errors are generally caused by hardware that is not functioning correctly. To resolve these errors, try the following actions:
- Slow the SCSI bus.
- Verify that the latest SCSI drivers and firmware are loaded.
If these errors continue to occur, contact the hardware manufacturer."
 
please help me if you any solution and reason behind this errror.

I think you are using a HBA which has RAID features.  These HBA are not supported with a few exception.  See the document below

Support policy for HBA that feature RAID

If your HBA supports RAID and this not on the exception list, you got to get a new HBA without RAID features.

My BACKUP EXCE 2010 R3 is not updated, so is it possible that the update might cause this error...

You should update your BE, but it is more likely to be an unsupported HBA.
