I am having Errors in service desk 7.5

hi  everyone,

 

I am having few errors since few days here is the error it shows in log viewer

these three errors occur whenever someone Submit a ticket, and work on ticket.

Can anyone Help me i thought it was a .dll problem so i even run the repair SD from SD setup file.

The errors pertaining to SD.Filters & Symantec.ServiceDesk.CM are simply an annoyance error that gets generated as the system loads certain forms & fields for the first time. These 2 errors do not actually affect the functionality of the system.

The NULL value error appears to be referring to the HeartBeat process to keep track of how long a user has been logged into the system. I don't remember seeing this specific error, however since its referring to the heart beat process I don't believe it will affect the actual use of the system.

That has something to do with rendering a report in chart form. Do you have some of these, maybe on a Dashboard type page? Are these working normally?
