I am having problems using the BBD merge module

When I use the merge module I don't understand how I can get the information that has to come into IDAPI32.CFG to be in the BDE Merge.ini.
Do I have to analyse the IDAPI32.CFG to be able to know what has to come into BDE Merge.ini or can this file be automatically created ?

BDE Merge Module
You can create the ini file as mentioned in the procedure and place that ini file just next to your MSI.. The Merge module will read from this file and will put information in IDAPI32.CFG
