  • 1.  i am having your Symantec endpoint protection product and having problem

    Dear Team ,

     

    my system it is infected by viris and it is open by 

    following web site please help us to remove this virus

     

    virus - http://istart.webssearches.com/?type=sc&ts=1417758055&from=brd&uid=ST500DM002-1BD142_S2A9Y7VP

    i was done this are the setting

    1) scan the system 

    2) update the anitvirus but not luck

    Run Symhelp and share the report to symantec team

    First off, what components are you using?

    Run a threat analysis scan with the symhelp tool

    Also, you may need to try a third party tool such as Adwcleaner or JRT
