  • 1.  I am not able to install SEP client on Windows 2008 32 bit os.

    Dear Team ,

     

    I had done everything clean wipe,manual uninstallation,uninstalling single components,but still i am not able to install SEP client

     

    Error 1920, services symantec endpoint protection failed to start. verify that you have sufficeant privilages to start system

    Before installation, run SymHelp on the system to check if there are incompatibilities:

    Download the Symantec Help (SymHelp) diagnostic tool to detect Symantec product issues

    Furthermore, you can check your installation logs or post them here:

    Required logs for troubleshooting failed Endpoint Protection 12.1 client installations

    What's the SEP version? If possible try to install legacy version of SEP.

    However I would also suggest to run Symhelp.
