I cannot remove a device pool

I have backup exec 10.0 and an hp cartridge system that shows up as a robotic library. The cartridge has slots for 6 tapes. Currently, device pool 1 has 3 drives, pool 2 has 2 drives, and pool 3 has 1 drive. I'm trying to move the drive in pool 3 to pool 2. I can remove the device from pool 3. However, it is not available for reassignment to the other pools. I can't remove device pool 3 because the delete option is greyed out under general tasks. I've searched the help files and came up with nothing. Does anybody have an idea of what I am doing wrong?

Thanks,
Denny

The 'device pools' exist as a result of partitioning the library.
Move further down the tree, under robotic libraries, under your drive, and delete/add partitions. That will auto adjust what you see under 'device pools'

I tried that also and the tasks on the left side are still greyed out.  Do you have any other suggestions?
