  • 1.  I Cant able to push symantec package from server to client

    HI ,

     I Try to install symantec client packages from symantec manger .I got the below erroe while doing

     

    "the selected client packages is incompatible with one or more computers in the list that have 32 bit platform.you need to remove them from the list or choose different package"

     

    Somebody help me to solve this issue

    It means you're trying to install 32 on 64 bit or vice versa so you need to add the correct architecture. Just add both packages and the client will decide and choose the one that is needed.

    can u tell how to add both packages i cant find any options to select the package for 32 or 64 bit?/

    the windows 32 and 64 bit packages will not come automatically in SEPM 12.1?

    Because i already installed one SEPM in our branch.There it default created two type of windows OS client packages.

    Anyone know how we can enable to create automatic client installation packages?

    the windows 32 and 64 bit packages will not come automatically in SEPM 12.1?

    It's already available in SEPM cosole,You can assgin your SEPM group.If not availble you can import new sep package

    actually there is not a 32bit client package showing in my SEPM..if shows mean then only i can upgrade?

     

    it shows only 64 bit windows and Macbook packages..

    You can grab the 32 bit package from fileconnect and manually import into the SEPM:
