i cant install symantec in windows 8

HI,

kindly give me suggection how can i install in window 8

The wizard was interrupted befour Symantec endpoint protection small business edition could be complete installed

Youe system has not been modified to complete installion at another time, please run setup again.

Not 8.1, correct? Windows 8.1 is only supported with Symantec Endpoint Protection 12.1 RU4 and later

The first supported version for Windows 8 is RU2, which you are on.

Can you supply the SEP_INST.log file?

Have you run the SymHelp tool as well on the system to determine if any errors are present?

As you suggested I run the symhelp tool on the system, Iam currently facing system incompatible issue later I came to know

that this is because Windows 8.1 does not support with Symantec Endpoint Protection 12.1 RU4 and later.

I request you to suggest me troubleshooting step to get this issue resolved as soon as possible.

Windows 8.1 is supported on RU4, which just came out last week. I would suggest downloading RU4 and installing it.

Kindly provide me with the RU4 downloading  link does it work on the present licence key.

I was suggested if my key does not work, I should contact you for the new one. Kindly provide me new key so that I can try and check
