I don't see any tamper protection logs

I don't see any tamper protection logs in SEPM monitoring console (monitors->logs->application and device control->tamper protection ->past 1 week logs). If I create a test alert, the log shows up only once and with next refresh thats also gone. Can anyone help to find what I am doing wrong..!!

There were thousands of lockdown alerts. Couldn't find any tamper protection alert. If I select "Tamper protection" logs in advance options, I see nothing.

Haven't noticed any other problem so far. So, I guess they are fine.
Export these logs and import
Export these logs and import it o an excel sheet and see whether it is appearing?
