  • 1.  I get the error "calling command to get n/w credentials"

    Hi I get this error when the altiris server execute ClientCaptureImage Task, the log shows

    I am using the applications credentials, The share and security permitions are correct.

    This can be a blocked port.

    It can also be security software:

    I found the problem, the Deployment server didnt have a FQDN DNS entry.
