    I have license paper but no disc. How to get software for product?

    When I enter my serail number 9 characters J2M.....

    Error is:

    You have entered a serial number that does not exist in FileConnect. Please check to see if you have entered the correct number. If you are trying to access a Veritas product please go to www.MyVeritas.com to access your product.

    You need to call support and find out what the deal is. The serial they sent you is what is needed to access the site to download the product.

    The serial typically starts with "M" and then 10 random numbers. Not sure what "J2M" is here....

    Makesure you are entering the alphabet in upper case, it is not accepting in lower case.

    Weird error as it is accepting only with Capital letter

    example: M1231231231 but not like m1231231231
