I have to log on to Connec to read ANY forum query...

Hi,
This is an old problem which seems to have cropped up again...any forum query that comes through my mail notification means I have to log onto Connect again...can this be investigated please?

Are you still experiencing this? I have not seen this issue happen since sometime last year.

Hi Thomas,
I remember it from then, and yes, it is annoyingly still happening. When I click it from my mail, I need to log on. When I am logged on, no hassles clicking between forums etc.
But if I have 20 notification mails, I need to log on 20 times...

Can you send us a sample URL that's exhbiting this behavior?
You should only have to log in if the forum post is marked as private.

Sounds like a corrupt cookie.
Can you delete your symantec.com cookies and see if that resolves the issue?

...looks like it is now fixed. I've yet to log on to a Connect forum topic from my mail today...I didn't do anything either!
