When installing a SEP client on a server OS, please follow the best practices found here - http://www.symantec.com/business/support/index?page=content&id=TECH92440&locale=en_US

Also, make sure the FW is set to allow file and print sharing.

Have you applied USB block policy in device blocking.

If yes, then exclude device id in device locking.

Agree with Greet. Make sure you exclude the device ID in ADC policy. This may require a reboot.

    Hi,

You would need to narrow down the issue to which feature is causing the issue.

I can think of 2 features here

    1) Device control

    2) Firewall policy.

Try uninstalling NTP and check if the printer sharing works. (Just for testing purpose)

If it does not then try uninstalling Application and device control and check if it works.

One of the above 2 may work for you. Once you know the exact feature then adding an exceptions is very easy.

After this you can install all features and check if the exception works .

Let us know if you face any issues while following the steps.
