we are planning to upgrade our server and clients to 12.1 RU6 MP1A, before doing the upgrade any known issues in RU6 MP1 a version.
Usually in the release note that come with the upgrade at the bottom there are known issues section that symantec are aware of.
12.1 RU6 MP1A is relatively new so there is no known issues so far. may be there will is some that we may come to know with time and that the release of the next version
Nothing as what is noted.
Are you facing any issues?
Usually, when migrating to the Latest version, we suggest you to test the software on the test environment.

In testing scenario no issues .. I want to know is there any prodcution issues.
I've tested the upgrade multiple times, did not have any issues and it completed successfully each time. Just make sure you have all your permissions set correctly.

Hi,
I coulnd't find any known issue listed through Public notes.
However, it's recommended to follow backup guide prior to upgrade SEPM & test 2-3 clients prior to upgrade all the clients in the network.
We have updated to 12.1.6 MP1a already. Its been couple of weeks. So far didnt find any issues.
