Not usually on a weekend. Some Symantec employees check in but may have to wait til Monday. Calling support now is the quickest way.

Only Symantec Support can check the Status of Tracking ID. If any update available you will received email notification.

Have you tried to scan that sample files with latest updated defintion SEP client?

If it have analysised then rapid release defintion have been released on the base of the virus activity.

It was an undetectable sample it might not be a virus. It was kinda strange a jpg file contained 2 files in it. Anyway can someone give me a status update tomorrow?

You can also check online your submission file are virus or not.

I suggest you can call symantec support.
